Telemarketing Executive

Position: Telemarketing Executive (ProLandscaper Connect)

Location: Rustington, West Sussex

Duration: Temporary, full-time (potentially changing to a permanent role)

Working hours: 35 per week (Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:00, Friday 08:30 – 13:30)

Role Responsibilities:

The role involves contacting new and existing clients over the phone and gathering information to fulfil our client’s research requirements. The post holder is responsible for collecting data accurately and efficiently, ensuring the information that is collected is relevant. A high level of attention to detail is fundamental in this role, as is the ability to speak with clients in a confident and professional manner.

Person Specification:

  • High-level of attention to detail – essential
  • Strong administration skills; experience of MS Office – essential
  • Previous experience in B2B and media communications – desirable
  • Experience in cold calling/telesales – essential
  • Understanding of questioning techniques and the ability to draw out key information from conversations – essential
  • A positive and determined attitude – essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written – essential
  • Knowledge of the horticultural industry – desirable
